We ship all boxes on the 14th of the months using Royal Mail. It will take three to five days for the parcel to get to you. Any issues with missing parcels, please get in contact.
In general we do not accept returns once the box has been received and opened. However, in the event that a box/product is damaged and/or is missing you can contact our team via email (email@example.com) to request a return. A return request will more likely be approved if evidence can be provided.
Our payment method is through debit payments. We currently do not accept Paypal.
